Observations
Faculty observations are regularly done by the Program Chairs and Deans. New faculty is observed within their first course.
Faculty can request an observation conducted by the LITE Center to get more feedback on their technology use, pedagogical styles, teaching online, or increasing student engagement. This can be requested 2 times per year (unless otherwise approved)
Faculty can also request to take part in Peer Observations, with an opportunity to observe a colleague’s course. This can be requested 3 times per year.
